Rebecca Redshaw

Author/Playwright/Interviewer

Author ⋅ Playwright ⋅ Critic

Rebecca Redshaw is an author and playwright. For more than twenty-five years she worked in Los Angeles in film and television. Before deciding to devote herself to writing fulltime, Redshaw used her technical expertise in film to supervise the restoration and preservation of films for SONY Entertainment. Redshaw served on the Washington State Arts Commission from 2015 through 2021 as appointed by Governor Jay Inslee.

Interested in the arts and entertainment since she clapped to save Tinker Bell along with Mary Martin as a very, very young child, Redshaw still maintains her enthusiasm for the world of make believe.
